- Firstly, you must learn to say "NO" and to switch off, even though you enjoy your job. An excess of work may produce stress. Take time for rest and relaxation.- Set priorities and organise yourself, do not try to answer all the requests that you are faced with.
- There is a direct link between a bad diet and exhaustion. An inadequate state of nutrition reduces the body's main organ functioning activity, including the brain.
- Changes in season, not respecting meal and bed times, too little sleep or following a diet rich in fats, are some of the causes that make us feel tired.
- Divide your eating pattern into more meals a day.
- Try to sleep at least eight hours and endeavour to save enough time to eat healthily and exercise, as this will help you sleep better. In order to do so you can also follow some classic advice; go to bed at the same time every day, keep the bedroom at a pleasant and not too warm temperature and eat a light dinner, at least two hours before going to bed.
- Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fibre.
- To make drinking water easier and to make you feel better, enrich it with an herbal tea of relaxing plants and drink at any time of the day, or drink it hot before going to bed to help you sleep better.
