- Physical and mental rest is also important. Some classic advice that will help you sleep better is: sleep for about eight hours, go to bed at the same time every day and at least two hours after eating a light dinner, and keep the bedroom at a pleasant and not too warm temperature.

- Finally, an ideal accompaniment to your healthy antioxident diet is to drink plenty of water enriched with a plant-based herbal tea, for example a green or white tea, if possible, which are traditionally known for their antioxident and free antiradical properties.
