You can adopt some healthy habits together as a family so that both you and your children enjoy a refreshing sleep and dream of angels.
- Regular exercise will help you and your children to sleep better.
- Going to bed at the same time every day is recommended.
- Eat a light dinner and wait for at least two hours before going to bed.
- Try to create and repeat the same bedtime rituals with your children. For example, get them to kiss the whole family goodnight, put them into bed with their favourite cuddly toy, read them a story, etc. As for you, try to relax before going to sleep. Do not take any "problems" to bed with you as your worries will not let you rest. 
- Keep the bedroom at a pleasant and not too warm temperature.
- Finally, imagine that drinking a hot herbal tea an hour before going to bed will aid sleep. There is nothing quite like doing this as a family!

Teach your children how to look after themselves. Teach them to get healthy, to "get the herbal tea".
