Are colds a regular illness in your household?

- Encourage your family to exercise more, joining in yourself. Extracurricular sports activities naturally help kids' health and reduce the risk of colds. This also applies to the elderly.  If your child gets healthy he/she will feel better, just like you.
- Help the elderly and children to stay well hydrated. Drinking plenty of liquids helps the respiratory secretions to flow better and reduces coughing.
