We are consequently able to offer a comprehensive service from the preparation of the product to its delivery.
Our modern facilities considerably meet the most demanding worldwide standards for the manufacture and production of medicinal plant based products. The work rooms have controlled atmosphere conditions (100, 10,000 and 100,000 ppm) and temperature conditioning, and special construction materials for walls as well as floors have been used, maintaining atmosphere conditions to an optimum (cleanrooms).
Our factory was technically planned to ensure that the active ingredients of the plants remain unaltered throughout all stages of the manufacturing process.
All this allows us to be among the leading laboratories in Spain for the compliance of Good Manufacturing Practise Standards (GMP's).
From the start, Pharmadus has concentrated on pursuing the most efficient technology in order to satisfy product quality. Nowadays, this technology allows us to carry out any kind of process on the medicinal plants used for herbal teas presented in individual teabags. This preparation preserves the properties and conserves all the qualities of the old traditional processes, at the same time correcting all defects that may result from these original procedures.
OBJECTIVE: Comprehensive management for the manufacture of natural infusion products presented in individual teabags, which respect the Good Manufacturing Practise Standards (GMP's). Pharmadus can therefore offer third-party companies with various types of work, from the development of exclusive natural formulas to the manufacture of diverse sizes; not only as regards the size of the packets but also the type of teabag used for the infusion: traditional filter teabags (without staples), fabric pyramidal teabags, etc.
The company guarantees that all the above is produced at our laboratories, under the strictest pharmaceutical controls. The highest quality is also available to these companies.
